Google AdWords is Google’s advertising systems where you can pay to have your website’s advertisement appear in Google’s search results. (e.g. at the top of certain google searches)
Certain keywords will trigger the search result. So, if your audience searches for specific keywords related to your website, your website will appear at the top of the google search results as an ad.
Important: You’ll pay us a monthly fee for our service, and then you’ll pay Google for your actual AdWords budget.
Our prices ranges from $195-295 per month for 2 ad groups (4 ads in total). You can pay more for additional ad groups.
Your exact AdWords budget paid to Google will be determined by your specialist, but you can expect to pay anywhere between $200-300/month for non-metropolitan areas, and $300-600/month for metropolitan and therapist-dense areas.

We promise to get clicks on your ads and more traffic to your web pages. You only pay when people click. Once they click, it’s up to your website to compel potential clients to call, and then it’s up to you or your team to convert these people into paying clients once you have them on the phone. AdWords performance depends on a ton of different factors, and we do our best to make sense of all of them for you and give your ads the most competitive edge possible.
You’ll first go through our easy application process to make sure you, your business, and your website are a good fit for AdWords. Then, within the first 1-2 weeks of receiving your first payment, you’ll hear from our AdWords intake specialist to setup your first strategy call. During that call, you’ll identify your goals for AdWords, the services or pages you want to target, your ad copy, and your budget. From there, our team will build, launch, and optimize your campaigns, always a phone call or an email away for whatever you need.
You’ll get beautiful, easy-to-understand reports delivered right to your inbox each month, with personal recommendations from your specialist on how we propose to better leverage your campaigns based on that month’s performance and metrics.
Because AdWords is an art AND a science, it takes a little while to incorporate all the data that we get back as a result of running your ads. There’s definitely some thoughtful experimentation involved. That’s why we ask for a 3-month minimum commitment, so that we can make sure we have enough time to fully optimize your campaigns before you make any conclusions about whether AdWords is a good fit for you long-term.
While we offer no explicit guarantees, we’ve found that Google AdWords is extremely effective for getting private practice websites in front of the correct audience, ultimately resulting in more customer calls/emails.
This is due in part to the intense research our AdWords specialists perform to find out which keywords are the most relevant for your website, and the ongoing optimization to constantly improve your ads.
Keep in mind, that if you’re going to pay for more traffic to your website, you should also have a way of collecting visitor’s email addresses so you can keep in touch with those leads who weren’t quite ready to start therapy.
